During Your Visit
When our Fear Free Certified team arrives at your home, our first priority is making sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. We come equipped with just the essentials to keep the experience calm and non-intimidating.
To start, we’ll spend a few minutes simply saying hello—no rush, no pressure. This time allows us to get to know you and your pet, while helping them get used to our presence in a relaxed and positive way.
We use calming pheromone sprays like Feliway® for cats and Adaptil® for dogs, which help create a familiar and reassuring environment right from the start. Throughout the visit, we practice gentle handling, use positive reinforcement, and keep plenty of tasty treats and engaging distractions on hand to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
The best part? Your pet gets to stay in the place they feel safest—right at home. No car rides, no strange smells or noises—just compassionate, personalized care delivered where they’re most comfortable.
